2. Products & Orders
- All products listed on our website are made-to-order and personalized. Each item is unique and crafted based on your specifications.
- Product images on the website are for customisation purposes. Actual products may have minor variations due to the crafted nature of the items.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or if we are unable to fulfill the customisation as requested.
- Order confirmation via email or WhatsApp constitutes acceptance of your order. A binding contract exists from the moment we confirm your order.
- You are responsible for providing accurate reference photos and specifications. We are not responsible for outcomes based on incorrect or unclear information provided by you.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of confirmation.
- Payment is required at the time of order placement (except for COD orders in India).
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for India. International orders require prepayment.
- Failed payments will result in automatic order cancellation after 24 hours.
4. Customisation & Intellectual Property
- By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image for customisation purposes.
- You grant Lumina a limited license to use your uploaded photo solely for the purpose of creating your personalized product.
- Lumina retains all rights to its original designs, branding, product concepts, and creative content. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Lumina's intellectual property.
- You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any Lumina artwork without written permission.
5. Website Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lumina and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Lumina's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Minor color variations between digital illustrations and physical products are expected and do not constitute grounds for returns.
7. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit photos or content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website.
